Ogun State Governor and Prince Dapo Abiodun has described the resounding victory of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Saturday’s governorship election in Kogi State as the affirmation of the confidence Nigerians have in the ability of the ruling party to extricate Nigeria from the current economic woes.

The APC governorship candidate, Usman Ododo emerged winner of the Kogi governorship election with 446,237 votes to beat Murtala Ajaka of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), who polled 259,052 votes to come second.

The win followed the earlier one in Imo State, where Governor Hope Uzodinma, also of the APC was declared the winner of Saturday’s election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Prince Abiodun, who is also he Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Campaign Council For Kogi Governorship Election, said Ododo’s victory was the culmination of the successes recorded by the APC in the last eight years and the confidence reposed in the Governor-elect.

Abiodun praised voters in Kogi State who trooped out en masse on Saturday to vote for Ododo, even as acknowledged the resilience of Governor Yahya Bello in ensuring the electoral victory of the ruling party.

He reiterated the earlier pledge of President Tinubu to revamp the Ajaokuta Steel Complex and the National Iron Ore Mining Company at Itakpe, saying that the resuscitation of the companies will scale up socio-economic activities of the state and Nigeria in general.

Abiodun said: “I congratulate Governor-elect Usman Ododo on his well-deserved victory as the newly elected Governor of Kogi State. This resounding success at the polls reflects the trust and confidence the people of Kogi have placed in you to lead them into a future of progress and prosperity.

“Your dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment to the welfare of the people have been evident throughout your political career. As you assume the mantle of leadership, I have no doubt that you will continue to serve Kogi State with utmost integrity, diligence, and passion.

“Your election victory not only signifies the triumph of democracy but also presents an opportunity for transformative change in Kogi State. I have tremendous faith in your ability to successfully navigate the challenges that lie ahead and bring about positive growth in various sectors, including education, healthcare, infrastructure, agriculture, and economic development.

“Furthermore, I am confident that under your visionary leadership, Kogi State will witness a renewed sense of unity, purpose, and inclusive governance. Your administration will prioritize the needs and aspirations of the people, ensuring that their voices are heard and their concerns are addressed. I also congratulate President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Yahya Bello and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on the successful conclusion of Saturday’s election.”

The Osun State Government has described the ranting of the opposition that the workers are angry with the Governor Ademola Adeleke’s handling of governance in state as the frustrating anger of a drowning party.

The governor in a statement signed by the Commissioner for Information and Public Enlightenment, Oluomo Kolapo Alimi, reads: “attention of the Osun State Government has been drawn to a ludicrous claim of workers discontent with the State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke. We believe the concoction, which has the fitting of the distraught opposition, was pushed through a non-existent labour body, promoting false information against the government.

It is worth pointing out for the public enlightenment that the only known and recognised body for workers in Osun State and by extension Nigeria, as a whole are, the NLC, TUC and JNC, all of which enjoys cordial relationship with the administration of Governor Adeleke.

We want to affirm that, after carrying out due investigation, that the so called Osun Workers Union (OWU) is a fictitious group, that mischievously exists only on paper with the sole objective of misleading the public, most especially, our loving, diligent and dedicated workers whose love and solidarity for Adeleke led government cannot be over emphasized .

To set the record straight, the supplementary budget sponsored by Governor Adeleke was to fund meaningful projects across sectors of the state. It is only in the realm of the empty and unsavory imagination of the cheap opposition members and blackmailers that Governor Adeleke allocated N10bn to his office. We are quick to say that no such thing exists.

It is against every sense of reasonability that Governor Adeleke who forfeited security votes to free more money for the benefit of Osun people will vote N10billion for his office. But it is obvious that those behind the latest round of lies are beyond reasoning, otherwise, they would have realised the emptiness of their thinking which is nothing but a mere political propaganda and balderdash taken too far.

The Adeleke administration values and respects the contributions of all workers in Osun state and using every available opportunities in appreciating their service by prioritizing their welfare.

To buttress its position in this regard, the present worker-friendly administration of His Excellency, Senator Ademola Adeleke, has initiated numerous measures to enhance workers working conditions in addition to ensuring fair compensation, aimed at passionately addressing the evolving needs of its existing workforce.

Osun state government wants to repeat for the umpteenth times that In a matter of days, it will be rolling out well packaged transport scheme to assuage the pressure that fuel subsidy removal wrought on its workforce.

Additionally, the state government under the watch of Senator Ademola Adeleke is also in the process of determining the appropriate financial support for civil servants in line with the economic realities of the state.

To this end, particularly in sealing the mouth of the toothless and baseless opposition, who on a daily basis are winking in the dark in a desperate bid to bring the worker-friendly administration of Senator Ademola Adeleke into disrepute, we passionately and respectfully invite the public to discountenance the falsehood in circulation as it was never the position of our workforce, who share the goal of Governor Adeleke in moving Osun forward.

Additionally and with all sense of openness and transparency, we also stress that every fund that accrued to the state, including the N2bn subsidy fund and N7bn refund from the Federal Government, are used in line with the need of the state.

As we had disclosed before, the N2bn subsidy fund will be used for the procurement of vehicles and rehabilitation of public health centres, while the balance will be used to buy food to share for the people. As for the N7bn refund, we emphasized that it will be used to fund infrastructural projects and enhance the living standards of the people of the state.

Finally, while we continue to re-emphasize our avowed commitment to make life better for all and sundry, we also use this opportunity to restate our commitment to the wellbeing of all.

And to our dedicated and peace loving workers who we are sure will not be part of any shenanigan aimed at dragging the good name of the present administration into mud, we reassure of our continued commitment to all acts that will continue to put smiles on their faces in line with our 5 point integral action plans.

We must however stress the reality of the financial capacity of the state, and that we would be careful not to repeat the carelessness of the past that is responsible for the current challenges.

The Executive Director, Commercial Operations, Dangote Group, Hajia Fatima Aliko-Dangote, has reiterated the company’s determination to eradicate the high youth unemployment in the country. She said, it is only when youths are positively engaged, that the high insecurity problems in the country will fade away.

Fatima, who made this disclosure at the just concluded Lagos International Trade Fair during the “Dangote Day”, said since inception, the desire of the President of Dangote Group, Aliko Dangote, was to assist the three tiers of government in the country, in eradicating poverty, and the best way for Dangote Group to do this, will be to contribute to eradicating youth unemployment in the country.

Noting that Dangote is the highest employer of labour in Nigeria, outside the Federal Government, she said, the priority of the Group is to create more employment opportunities for the teeming Nigerian youths and make them breadwinners of their respective families.

According to her: “The desire of our President, Aliko Dangote, is to ensure that Nigerian youths are ably employed, because it is only when this happens, that they can also contribute their own quota to the growth and development of the county. And once the youths are also positively engaged, the security challenges of the country will abate.”

Fatima, further said the Group is passionate about deepening the Nigerian economy through industrialisation, job creation, provision and rehabilitation of essential infrastructure, and the welfare of the citizens.  According to her, “It is the desire to promote industrialisation that informs our decision to become strategic partners with all the major Chambers of Commerce across the nation.”

She also said: “Our investment decisions at Dangote Group, are focused on creating values for all stakeholders. We have invested in several projects which are meant to create jobs and enhance the rapid industrialisation of the Nigerian economy. Dangote Cement Plc remains the continent’s foremost cement producer, with operations in 10 African countries.

“The activities of the cement company through its multiplier effect, provide direct and indirect employment to millions of people across Africa. Through its corporate social responsibility (CSR) interventions, Dangote Cement has touched the lives of thousands of people in host communities across Africa. The company has built schools, hospitals & clinics, roads, markets, and vocational training centres in host communities.”, she stated.

Reacting to what Fatima Aliko Dangote said, Dr Micheal Olawale-Cole, President of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), said Dangote Group has created jobs more than any known private sector operators in the Country.

He said the foremost indigenous conglomerate has contributed significantly to providing solutions to the problems of unemployment and by extension, to reducing the poverty levels among Nigerians.

He said the decision of the company to venture into oil and gas would permanently put an end to the issue of petroleum scarcity in Nigeria and contribute substantially to the GDP and the overall economic growth and development of Nigeria.

According to him, Dangote Group has been at the forefront of job creation even as its products and services have touched the lives of millions of people across the African continent and beyond.   He then enjoined other corporate bodies to toe the line of Dangote in assisting the Government, through the provision of infrastructure, even if it must be through a tax credit scheme, introduced by the Federal Government.

A stream of water that disassociates itself from the ocean will surely run dry. A flowing river that stops flowing will not only die but will also become a dead trap for as many that find themselves trapped in it.

So many people in our world today are only living but never trace or pay closer attention to their origin. And it’s a shame on us all.

While the religious scholars in the world made us believe that Christianity came from Isaac and Islam from Ishmael, and kept creating religious wars among mankind, they forgot to tell us that Abraham was an Idol worshipper in his days and so were Isaac and his two sons, Jacob and Esau, and so were Jacob and his Twelve sons.

Joseph was so deep in idolatry that he married the daughter of the Chief Priest in Egypt, Potipherah, he was a priest of the ancient Egyptian town of On, he was the father of Asenath, who was given to Joseph as his wife by Pharaoh, in Genesis 41:45 Pharaoh gave Joseph the name Zaphenath-Paneah and gave him Asenath daughter of Potiphera, priest of On, to be his wife. And Joseph went throughout the land of Egypt.

And Genesis 41:50-52; she bore Joseph two sons: Manasseh and Ephraim. Before the years of famine came, two sons were born to Joseph by Asenath daughter of Potiphera, priest of On.

Joseph named his firstborn Manasseh and said, “It is because God has made me forget all my trouble and all my father’s household.”

The second son he named Ephraim and said, “It is because God has made me fruitful in the land of my suffering.”

The worship and the practice of the Ark of the Covenant were purely a practice of idealism. But religion will not let people pay attention to this because religion programs people to think and see things the way their religious leaders presented it to them that it is and never the way it is.

And till today, the practice is still going on even in our subconscious mind.

While Christianity has the cross as its symbol which they call the cross of Jesus Christ, Islam has the Half Moon as their symbol of faith.

Let’s break it down. Cross was originally made for punishment of crime that must end in death. Though, we were taught that the Cross, is the principal symbol of the Christian religion, recalling the Crucifixion of Jesus Christ and the redeeming benefits of his Passion and death. Cross existed before the Crucifixion of Jesus Christ and the two thieves on His right and left received their judgement and hanging before Jesus Christ.

As a result, all the churches in the world today either have the Cross or the status of Jesus, Mary, Peter, Paul or any of their late serving leaders they called saints that they bow down to and pray to. That is a practice of idols, get it straight.

The Muslims on the other hand have the Waxing Crescent Moon as their symbol. The Waxing Crescent phase is often referred to as the rebuilding phase. Once the moon has re-emerged with new energy, it is the perfect time to set new intentions for the month ahead and work on self-improvement.

A Waxing Moon however Is any phase of the moon during the lunar cycle between the new moon and the full moon. A moon that is waxing is getting larger each night.

The wise In heart ask why is the Waxing Crescent Moon so important in Islam? Well, in the Islamic calendar, the Waxing Crescent Moon marks the start of a new month. Even though it takes 29.5 days for the Moon to go through all of its phases, it isn’t practical for a month to have half a day. An Islamic month therefore can have either 29 days or 30 days.

The Traditional worshipers on the other hand have all kinds of items as their symbols of faith. And according to findings; there are roughly 4,200 religions, churches, denominations, religious bodies, faith groups, tribes, cultures, movements, or ultimate concerns across the world and they all have their symbols.

These symbols their followers held so dear to heart and it doesn’t matter what you say to them, with those symbols they believe they can reach God and have the answers to all their life challenges and circumstances.

These religions emanate from a group of people in different nations of the world.

However, we were told that Christianity originated with the ministry of Jesus, a Jewish teacher and healer who proclaimed the imminent Kingdom of God and was crucified c. AD 30–33 in Jerusalem in the Roman province of Judea. But The first the word Christian was used was in the New Testament, in Acts 11 after Barnabas brought (Saul) Apostle Paul to Antioch where they taught the disciples for about a year, the text says that “the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch” Acts 11:25-26 Then Barnabas went to Tarsus to look for Saul, and when he found him, he brought him to Antioch. So for a whole year, Barnabas and Saul met with the church and taught great numbers of people. The disciples were called Christians first at Antioch.

Antioch once hosted famous visitors and personalities such as Constantine the Great, Trajan, Julius Caesar, John Chrysostom, and Diocletian. Antioch was the capital of Ancient Syria and the leading city of the Roman East known today as southern Turkey.

Jesus Christ did not start a religion called Christianity. Jesus Christ only exists to create a direct path for mankind to reach God and this he made clear when he said in John 14:6 “I am the way and the truth and the lie. No one comes to t’e Father except through me.

Christianity is a creation of Man, not God and not Jesus Christ.

Now I know that some individuals will be quick to quote Matthew 16:18 where Jesus Christ said, and I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it.

One, the church Jesus Christ was talking about here is not Christianity or the building we meet that we call church. The church Jesus Christ was talking about here are the individuals that are ready and willing to be sold out to God. Individuals that are ready to die for what they believe Christ is and this Jesus Christ made clear in Matthew 16:24-26; Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me. Whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will find it. What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul?

To be a Church is to be sold out to God not to be going to a building for a brainwashing that we called fellowship.

Unfortunately, Islam understood this teaching of Jesus Christ more than the Christians. A Christian would rather live and be wealthy than sacrifice his or her life for the cause he/she believed in.

Now, just as the battle of superiority is going on between the Christians and the Muslims so also is going on between the light-skinned nations called the Europeans and the Black-skinned nations called Africa.

In Genesis 25:22-26 we have the account of what happened between God, Rebekah and her pregnancy. It was clearly stated that; the babies jostled each other within her, and she said, “Why is this happening to me?” So she went to inquire of the LORD.

The LORD said to her, “Two nations are in your womb, and two peoples from within you will be separated; one person will be stronger than the other, and the older will serve the younger.”

When the time came for her to give birth, there were twin boys in her womb.

The first to come out was red, and his whole body was like a hairy garment; so they named him Esau.

After this, his brother came out, with his hand grasping Esau’s heel; so he was named Jacob. Isaac was sixty years old when Rebekah gave birth to them.

Looking at the verses again…the first to come out was red, and his whole body was like a hairy garment; so they named him Esau. This illustration shows that Esau was a White Man. What we call the Europeans today.

After this, his brother came out, with his hand grasping Esau’s heel; so he was named Jacob. Isaac was sixty years old when Rebekah gave birth to them. Since the look of Jacob was not mentioned, it is obvious he was born with the skin nature of his father Isaac who we all know is the offspring of Adam.

The name, Adam In Hebrew means “son of the red Earth.” Its meaning comes from the Hebrew word “adamah” meaning “earth,” from which Adam is said to be formed. Now, the Earth is dark not light or red. This means Adam was Black, not White and if Adam was Black Abraham and Isaac were black. And so are the sons of Jacob.

Every religion is a nation within that hibernates the human mind and reprograms the mental state of everyone who subjects themselves to it.

More so, all human beings on earth are either Blacks or Whites. Who came into existence as a result of God’s covenant with Isaac.

Now, let’s break this down for us to understand.

In Genesis 12:1-3 The LORD had said to Abram, “Go from your country, your people and your father’s household to the land I will show you. “I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse, and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.”

This is a promise, not a covenant. Pay attention to the words God used, “I will”. Which means, He will do it, He has not done it.

In Genesis 22:15-19 it was said that the angel of the LORD called to Abraham from heaven a second time and said, “I swear by myself, declares the LORD, that because you have done this and have not withheld your son, your only son, I will surely bless you and make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as the sand on the seashore. Your descendants will take possession of the cities of their enemies, and through your offspring, all nations on earth will be blessed, because you have obeyed me.” Then Abraham returned to his servants, and they set off together for Beersheba. And Abraham stayed in Beersheba.

Here, the covenant was made and the covenant was established on the offspring. Genesis 22:18 And through your offspring all nations on earth will be blessed because you have obeyed me.”

Offspring is singular, not plural, and the offspring God was referring to here is Isaac. This was clearly stated in Genesis 17:18-21 where it was said that, and Abraham said to God, “If only Ishmael might live under your blessing!”

Then God said, “Yes, but your wife Sarah will bear you a son, and you will call him Isaac. I will establish my covenant with him as an everlasting covenant for his descendants after him.

And as for Ishmael, I have heard you: I will surely bless him; I will make him fruitful and will greatly increase his numbers. He will be the father of twelve rulers, and I will make him into a great nation.

But my covenant I will establish with Isaac, whom Sarah will bear to you by this time next year.”

God brought two nations to bear through Isaac and Rebekah. The Black Nation, Africans and the White Nation, Europeans.

While Jacob the Black was a livestock farmer the lifesaver; Esau the White was a hunter, the life-taker.

Let’s look at it critically. All the weapons of war including ammunition, chemicals, warplanes, jets, marines etc. are all made by the White Skin nations be it China, Asia, Europe, America or Canada. At the same time, the source of livelihood in all these countries is being gotten from Africa either by Colonization, fraud, stealing or causing unnecessary uprisings in Africa.

Jacob, the Black-skinned nations are brain people. Smart, intelligent, brilliant. Blacks succeed anywhere and everywhere they find themselves because their brains are superb and the only thing that is impossible for a Black man to do are the things he told himself is not possible.

Black have the habit of taking things without pretending. For a good Fourteen years Jacob understudied Laban’s business and family structure and in Five years, he ripped him off his livestock farming business and Laban and his sons couldn’t do anything.

I will not be surprised if one day, African Men and Ladies become leaders in all the White Skinned nations across the world. No one knew it could happen in the United States of America until Barack Obama became the president. Meanwhile, Barack Obama was never the first Black president in America. Abraham Lincoln was a Black man and a President.

In 1848, Frederick Douglass became the first African-American presidential candidate in the US. His candidacy largely preceded black suffrage and coincided with legal slavery in the U.S.

If Frederick Douglass and Barack Obama could do it, any other persons can and will do it.

If there is anything that is dividing us all in the world today, it is religion, politics and nationality measured by the colour of our skin rather than the capacity of our brains and the skillfulness of our being.

No wonder Rev. Dr Martin Luther King Jr said; I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the colour of their skin but by the content of their character.”

Our world is divided by the colour of our Skin, the White against the Black and the Black against the White, even when some pretend to be interested in the wellbeing of one another.

Our world is being destroyed by our artificial superiority, Christianity against Islam, Islam against Christianity even when some pretend to love each other regardless.

Our lives and destinies have been debatable on the table of politics. Making laws that are bent to put us all under the control of some individuals with little or no capacity to lead.

For our world to be at peace, productive and liveable, we all must consciously live our lives and love each other beyond religion, see each other beyond the colour of our Skin and support each other’s dreams and aspirations beyond politics.

Until we can achieve these successfully, our world will remain in chaos and it will continue to be a thing of brothers against brothers, nation killing nation. That will be a terrible thing for us all.

Until we can turn our backs against the manipulations of some individuals who are in the habit of setting us up against one another for their advantage and benefits, we’ll continue to wink in the dark. Picking enemies with individuals we should be friends with and indirectly destroy our opportunity to meet and benefit from our helpers of destiny.

Until we can turn our backs against religion and say no to the manipulations of Men; we’ll continue to believe in lies and live our lives in falsehood. The wicked one in the world will continue to take advantage of our ignorance and use it against us.

The majority of us are too gullible to believe everything we’re told even when they are lies. Freedom from the manipulations of man and the wickedness against humanity can only emerge when we question every act, weigh every action and respond in love instead of hatred when aspersions are cast against us and the human vultures are waiting to see what our reaction will be so that they can feed on the carcasses of our foolishness and wine on our ignorance.

To say that I love you because you belong to the same faith as I am, have the same colour of skin as mine and probably speaking the same language is never love but a dance of shame to the rhymes of foolishness and flowing from the treasure of manslaughter.

Love transcends tribes, cultures, traditions, languages, nationalities, age, height, position, gender, qualification or colour of skin. Love is a life. A life you give to others and live for yourself. A life that is worth sacrificing all in other to have it all. A life you live far and above every other thing or person in life just to see others find purpose in life and fulfil destiny.

It’s so disappointing and heartbreaking to see how all religious faith in the world, roughly 4,200 of them all, with Christianity topping the list followed by Islam all claimed to love God, all claimed to be serving God, all claimed to be sons and daughters of God, all claimed to be doing the will of God and you hate each other and are ready to destroy and even kill one another; the evil desires planted in their heart against humanity by their religious leaders and wicked.

Maybe you don’t know what was said regarding loving your fellow human being. Let me show you. In 1 John 4:20-21, Apostle John said; if anyone says, “I love God,” yet hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen. And he has given us this command: Whoever loves God must also love his brother.

    Other translations say;

If anyone boasts, “I love God,” and goes right on hating his brother or sister, thinking nothing of it, he is a liar. If he won’t love the person he can see, how can he love the God he can’t see? The command we have from Christ is blunt: Loving God includes loving people. You’ve got to love both.

If we say we love God, but hate others, we are liars. For we cannot love God, whom we have not seen if we do not love others, whom we have seen. The command that Christ has given us is this: whoever loves God must love others also.

You cannot claim to love God or claim that your religion is about love and hating people because they’re not part of your religious faith. No, your religious faith is not love is hatred. No, you do not love God, you are a killer and Apostle John made this clear in 1 John 3:11-18 saying; the message you heard from the very beginning is this: we must love one another. We must not be like Cain; he belonged to the Evil One and murdered his brother Abel. Why did Cain murder him? Because the things he did were wrong, and the things his brother did were right. So do not be surprised, my friends, if the people of the world hate you. We know that we have left death and come over into life; we know it because we love others. Those who do not love are still under the power of death. Those who hate others are murderers, and you know that murderers do not have eternal life in them. This is how we know what love is: Christ gave his life for us. We too, then, ought to give our lives for others! If we are rich and see others in need, yet close our hearts against them, how can we claim that we love God? My children, our love should not be just words and talk; it must be true love, which shows itself in action.

Jesus Christ was not talking about the church or Christianity, nor was He missing words when He said in John 3:16-21 that; “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God.”

What God did here was very straight and simple. For God so loved the humanity, not Christian, Born Again Christian or Church goers that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in the son, not whoever is a Christian, Born Again Christian or Church goers shall not perish but have eternal life.

For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Shame on all of you Pastors, Bishops, and Church Leaders who are always so quick to condemn others even when you have no Idea of God’s rationalities behind the person’s actions. God did not send Jesus Christ to condemn humanity, Jesus Christ did not condemn humanity; as a matter of fact, Jesus Christ said in Luke 6:37-38; “Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.” But you all are blind to verse 37 because it will not fulfil the desires of your evil heart. So, you’re always interested in verse 38 which says, “Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”

Sir, Ma, you’re a thief, a murderer and a destiny destroyer. Your father is the Devil and that is the reason why you have no conscience. That is the reason why you dare to condemn people so that you can exploit them.

Jesus Christ went on to say “Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. This means I don’t have to be a Christian, Born Again Christian or Church goer to believe in Jesus Christ. I can believe in Jesus Christ and still be living my life. I can believe in Jesus Christ and still not belong to any denomination or religion. To believe is to believe is to believe in my heart that Jesus Christ is the son of God. And this Apostle Paul made clear in Rom 10:10-13 saying; for it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. As the Scripture says, “Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame.” For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile — the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

Jesus Christ went further to say that; this is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God.” This is the exact thing all the world leaders had been doing from religious leaders to political leaders, business leaders and national leaders. They are all agents of evil, lovers of darkness and their deeds are nothing but evil; and that is the reason why they are always against anything that will unite the people, because they know that the unity of the people across the world will bring about the light, e.g., the truth. And once the truth about their evils in the world is exposed, then the end of their exploitations and manipulations of mankind will end. And only one thing will be their result, become as common as the rest of us.

This they don’t want to happen to them. So their next strategy is divide and rule. Cause chaos be it religious, political or economic among the people and leave them to fight for their lives. While you are busy fighting, they are busy stealing from you and eating you dry. No wonder Jesus Christ said in Matt 25:29 that everyone who has will be given more, and he will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken from him.

What does this mean? If you don’t know how to put your brain to work; even the little you’ve gathered together will be taken away from you by individuals who have developed their brain capacity and know how to increase their revenues and maximize their profits. The question now is, can you? I doubt it.

You can’t because you don’t know how to and even if you want to learn, there are so many Gallows built already by the industrial leaders before you. Systems that are made to destroy your efforts even before you rise.

The greatest evils in our world were carried out by those who wrote the Laws never by those who broke the Laws. Laws be they religious, political, business or career are not written to help you grow. Rather, they are written to place limitations on your potential and render you incapacitated for the rest of your life. Laws, or rules whichever one you want to call it are meant to be broken, but it takes the strong-hearted to break the laws and the rules.

I love what Jesus Christ said in Mark 10:5 saying, “It was because your hearts were hard that Moses wrote you this law… NIV

I love how TMB puts it; “Moses wrote this command only as a concession to your hardhearted ways.

GNT version knocked it out completely saying; “Moses wrote this law for you because you are so hard to teach.

Meaning, that God did not give Moses the Law, Moses wrote the Law all by himself because the people were too hard to teach and since he could only put them under submission and control by teaching them what he believes is right, he had to come up with the law and since he knew that the people are afraid of God, it will be easier to say that the laws are from the Lord and the people will fall for it and that was the exact thing that happened.

For example, one of the religious laws in the church is “You must not lie”. Well, that was not part of the Ten Commandments and yet so many people lied in the Bible including God teaching Prophet Samuel to lie in 1 Samuel 16 and Jesus Christ lying that he was not going for a feast in John 7. Everything Moses wrote in Lev 19:9-19 David, Solomon and several others did in the bible and nothing happened to them.

“’When you reap the harvest of your land,

…do not reap to the very edges of your field or gather the gleanings of your harvest.

Do not go over your vineyard a second time or pick up the grapes that have fallen. Leave them for the poor and the alien. I am the Lord your God.

    Do not steal.

    Do not lie.

    Do not deceive one another.

Do not swear falsely by my name and so profane the name of your God. I am the Lord.

Do not defraud your neighbour or rob him.

Do not hold back the wages of a hired man overnight.

Do not curse the deaf or put a stumbling block in front of the blind, but fear your God. I am the Lord.

Do not pervert justice; do not show partiality to the poor or favouritism to the great, but judge your neighbour fairly.

Do not go about spreading slander among your people.

Do not do anything that endangers your neighbour’s life. I am the Lord.

Do not hate your brother in your heart. Rebuke your neighbour frankly so you will not share in his guilt.

Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against one of your people, but love your neighbour as yourself. I am the Lord.

    Keep my decrees.

Do not mate with different kinds of animals.

Do not plant your field with two kinds of seed.

Do not wear clothing woven of two kinds of material.

As long as we need to serve God and be of good behaviour towards one another, it is also important that we identify the fact that there are forces strategically positioned to divide us, derail us and destroy us. We must guide against such, stand against such and if possible put an end to such.

God did not create humanity to be isolated from one another. Neither did He create us all for religion or political exploitations. God created us all to be of one heart and mind so that together we can create a better world for the coming generations.

  • Over 200,000 Graduates Targeted for the Scheme
  • In its bid to build the capacity of youth towards making them employers of labour, the NNPC Foundation, in partnership with Kudimata Nigeria Limited, a financial education outfit, have trained the Batch C members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), in basic financial literacy skills.

The training, which aligned with the objectives of Skills Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development (SAED) scheme of NYSC had its maiden edition featuring Batch B stream in the past months. So far over 118,000 youth corps members have been trained in financial literacy, while about 70,000 are being trained across the 37 NYSC orientation camps in the country.

Speaking during the training, the Managing Director, NNPC Foundation, Emmanuella Arukwe described financial literacy as not only the bedrock of all successes in the ever-competitive labour market, but a journey towards attaining self-actualization, thereby heralding the trajectory to sustainable prosperity of the nation.

Arukwe, who implored the corps members to leverage on the knowledge garnered from the training to avert white collar job syndrome, added that the NNPC Foundation is committed to impacting the youth corps members to become employers of labour.

“We are partnering with both NYSC and Kudimata to bring financial literacy to the corps members, as this will help them make better-informed decisions. We are very passionate about young people and NYSC is a veritable ground as it cuts across 20 to 30 years old youth, thus, making it the right demography,” she stated.

According to her, “This programme cuts across the 36 states of the country including the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). This is the first step towards a series of programmes that will culminate in instilling entrepreneurship in the Corps members. After this training, those who pass the examination by 70 percent will move to the next stage. The next stage will keep them better informed on how to run businesses to ensure success in their businesses. Thereafter, we will do a pitching where those who are properly trained will be selected and be given start-up kits to go ahead and be on their own,” the MD added.

Addressing unemployment as the greatest problem of young graduates, she said, “We are aware of unemployment as a challenge plaguing young graduates and we recognize the need to empower the youths through capacity building of this magnitude for them to empower the whole nation. This training will help reduce unemployment and underemployment in Nigeria, thereby making the corps members employers of labour.”

In her remarks, the FCT Coordinator, NYSC, Shokpeka Winifred expressed her profound gratitude to both NNPC Foundation and Kudimata Nigeria Ltd for their unwavering support to empower the corps members to enable them to become self-reliant individuals and wealth creators.

Winifred described the training as a platform for young people to learn the best ways of managing their finances, while also grooming them to become good managers of resources.

“Going forward, I’m confident that they will put what they have learnt to use by utilizing their funds well as they are now aware of how to earn, maintain and multiply their finances. We are striving to see them becoming business owners tomorrow through further mentorship,” the Coordinator concluded.

One of the corps members at the NYSC orientation camp in Abuja, Prudence Enema said: “I’m thrilled that the NNPC Foundation took their time to train us on financial literacy, we are aware that financial literacy is very important, and we have learnt a lot on how to multiply our money in order not to suffer in the future.”

Another corps member, Okeke Ugochukwu revealed that the training was worthwhile as the importance of saving and categorization of finances were taught effectively.

The National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI) and the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security have commenced discussions on how to deploy existing technical competencies and other resources by the two institutions to improve agro allied-industries development targets, climate change mitigations and smart solar irrigation aimed at dry-season farming.

The trio of the Minister of Agriculture & Food Security, Senator Abubakar Kyari, the Minister of State, Hon. Sabi Aliyu Abdullahi and the Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of NASENI, Mr. Khalil Suleiman Halilu who held the meeting in Abuja yesterday 6th November, 2023 agreed that the nascent collaboration between NASENI and Agric Ministry was aimed at enhancing the focus and deliverables toward achievement of the Renewed Hope Agenda by the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu administration.

The Minister, Senator Abubakar Kyari gave insight to some of the essentials in the 8-Point Renewed Hope Agenda of the government, saying that about six of the eight socio-economic recovery programmes have the starting points in their achievements rooted in the success of the Agricultural sector, his ministry. Therefore, the Minister commended Halilu, EVC of NASENI and his team for having agriculture as one of the Agency’s target areas to work. “I won’t be tired of saying that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has given my Ministry the responsibility to carry out one of the important programmes in the 8-point Renewed Hope agenda, which is food security and five others.” he said.

During the visit, Halilu was received not only by Senator Abubakar Kyari and the Minister of State, but all the directors in the Ministry were present at the meeting. Halilu said the Agency was ready to collaborate with the Ministry to boost agriculture and also achieve food security through technology adaptation and transfers.

Addressing the Ministry’s top government functionaries, Halilu explained that NASENI’s technical manpower, technologies and also international partners were ready to work in ensuring that Nigeria becomes self-sufficient in food production, food processing and exports. Part of the efforts in actualizing this goal, he disclosed, is the on-going NASENI Scheme to refurbish about 50,000 broken tractors across the country under the presidential initiative, aimed at bringing back the culture of large cultivation of lands for farming.

According to him, the management of NASENI has secured both local and international technical partners to work with the Agency to mass-produce Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) for spraying of insecticides over vast farm locations, sustain afforestation, introduce solar-powered water irrigation to increase wet and dry season farming yields, cold chain food processing and agro-allied value chain additions for preservation and processing of foods in commercial quantities and exports.

Halilu said the collaboration plans with Agric Ministry includes crop traceability, rice straw project, mitigation of climate change through scientific and technological researches or innovations by NASENI to increase food production, value addition and ensue Nigeria’s dependence on food imports reduce significantly.

“We are embarking on development activities in agriculture from production to commercialization.  The key thing is how we can add value to our farm produce or raw materials before they are consumed or before exporting them out of our country. Also, as for foreign technologies brought into our country, we are seeking the cooperation and collaboration of the Ministry to transfer, domesticate and commercialize such technologies. In a nutshell, this is why we are here” Halilu stated.

The EVC said since assuming office, he has been receiving a lot of requests in terms of how NASENI could add value around agriculture from production all the way to the market. He disclosed that a recent outing by the Agency at the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) Forum in China attracted about $6 billion dollars’ investment and about 40 per cent of the monies will be channeled to agriculture.

As his remark on the significance of the meeting, the Minister of State expressed appreciation of the visit by NASENI’s EVC and his team, describing the move as progressive and patriotic. He said the time to put an end to inter-ministerial competition and rivalry is now, rather, synergy and collaboration amongst government institutions should become the new culture and orientation.

He underscored the earlier statement by Senator Kyari that one of the Federal Government’s current priorities is food security. Therefore, he called for alignments with the Agric Ministry’s focus not only by NASENI but other Agencies with related functions in order to actualize the Government’s intentions to alleviate poverty, create jobs and tackle all other socio-economic ills in Nigeria society.
