Super Falcons forward, Asisat Oshoala is targeting a podium finish at the 2024 Olympic Games.

The nine-time African champions will be making a return to the games after 16 years.

Randy Waldrum’s side are drawn in a difficult group with world champions Spain, Japan and Brazil.

Oshoala is however optimistic the Super Falcons can pick up a medal at the competition.

“We don’t just think about getting out of the group, I think we can actually walk away with a medal,” the Bay FC star told FIFA.com.

The Super Falcons failed to make it beyond the group stage in their three previous outings at the Olympics.
